Selected pitted black olives are dried and combined with a combination of herbs and spices to create a memorialble snack. There are 3 different styles produced at present and we are working on a new flavour of dried olive soon to be released.
Recently our Black Olive Sweet Chilli and Lime olives were awarded Gold and announced as the Champion Olive Product at the 2009 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show and was showcased on Channel 9, "Mornings with Kerri Ann."

Olive Dukkah is another of our Award winning products, it's a Middle Eastern dry dip with an Australian twist.
We use premium dried Australian olives, and combine them with a blend of native subtropical bush herbs and spices and macadamia nut chips. Used as a dip with Extra virgin olive oil and crusty bread to give a flavour sensation, first the salt of the olive, then the olive and nut flavour and to finish the flavours from the native bush herbs and spices. Used as a dry dip, or to enhanch the flavour of crusted meats and poultry or in mashed potato.
Olive dukkah can be used in a multitude of different dishes to enhance the flavour of the dish. Even sprinkle on a fresh salad to add flavour.
